Preparation of Patent Applications

Working closely with the inventor(s), we often can relatively rapidly provide a patent application that not only is met with approval by the Patent Examiner, but also results in an issued patent that is highly likely to survive the rigors of litigation. Generally, the steps for preparing such a patent application are:

        1.   obtain a thorough Invention Disclosure;

        2.  obtain and analyze at least one professional

Patentability Search;

        3.  strategically draft the Claims of the patent application;

        4.  carefully draft the Specification to properly support the
             claims; and

        5.  correctly file the application.
